Ordering & Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and international SWIFT bank transfers. All payments are processed securely.
You can shop either way — creating an account is optional. Guests can place orders without registration. However, having an account allows you to track your orders, view purchase history, and speed up future checkouts.
You have two options:
- Direct purchase from the website: If you already know which product you need, simply add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. Pay securely using a credit or debit card, or PayPal. After payment, you’ll receive an email from our team to confirm the delivery method, estimated time, and shipping cost. Once shipping is agreed upon, you’ll receive a separate invoice for the delivery fee. After that’s paid, your order will be shipped.
- Place an order without a payment: If you’d like to confirm details before paying, add your selected items to the cart and choose the "Place Order" option at checkout. Our manager will contact you via email to answer your questions, confirm product availability, and discuss shipping options and costs. After everything is agreed upon, you’ll receive a payment link. Your order will be shipped only after full payment for both the items and shipping has been received.
Shipping & Delivery
We partner with a wide range of international logistics companies to ensure our products can be delivered anywhere in the world. If you’re unsure, just reach out to us — we’ll confirm shipping availability to your location.
No, shipping is not included in the listed product price. Once your order is placed, we’ll confirm the most suitable shipping method and cost with you. Payment for delivery is made separately after agreement.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. On average, international shipping takes 3–5 weeks. Your assigned manager will provide a more accurate estimate once your order is processed and the destination confirmed.
Products & Warranty
No problem — just reach out to us using the Custom Orders form. We work with a large network of suppliers and can usually source the product you're looking for within 2 to 5 business days. Let us know what you need, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Yes. Most of our equipment includes a 1–2 year manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms are clearly listed on each product page. If you need additional support, our team is happy to help guide you through the warranty process.
