Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, a secure international payment platform. For clients who prefer traditional methods, we also support international SWIFT bank transfers. Upon request, we can issue formal invoices to facilitate payment via bank transfer. All transactions are processed with the highest security standards to ensure your data remains protected.

Do I need to create an account, or can I check out as a guest?

You can complete your purchase as a guest, without creating an account. However, we recommend setting a password during checkout — this will instantly create an account linked to your email address, allowing you to track your order, view your purchase history, and enjoy faster checkouts in the future without re-entering your details.

How do I place an order?​

You have two options:

  • Direct purchase from the website: If you already know which product you need, simply add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. Pay securely using a credit or debit card. After payment, you’ll receive an email from our team to confirm the delivery method, estimated time, and shipping cost. Once shipping is agreed upon, you’ll receive a separate invoice for the delivery fee. After that’s paid, your order will be shipped.
  • Place an order without a payment: If you’d like to confirm details before paying, add your selected items to the cart and choose the "Place Order Without Payment" option at checkout. Our manager will contact you via email to answer your questions, confirm product availability, and discuss shipping options and costs. After everything is agreed upon, you’ll receive a payment link. Your order will be shipped only after full payment for both the items and shipping has been received.

Where is your store located?

BarEquip.Pro is an international online-only store, and we do not operate a physical retail location. However, we ship worldwide and offer personalized support for every order. Our company is legally registered in Hong Kong SAR (Bold Equip Limited), and we work directly with verified and trusted manufacturers to bring professional equipment to customers around the globe.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we deliver worldwide — to all countries not listed under the exceptions in our Shipping Policy. We work with a wide network of international logistics partners and select the most suitable carrier based on your destination and delivery needs.

Depending on the product and location, we use either courier services or cargo shipping. Delivery times typically start from 3 weeks.

Is shipping included in the product price?

No, shipping is not included in the listed product price. After you place your order, we’ll contact you to confirm the most suitable delivery option and its cost.

You’ll be able to choose between two shipping methods:

  1. Courier or postal delivery – slightly faster but more expensive.
  2. Cargo shipping – more affordable, but with longer transit times.

Depending on how urgently you need the product, we’ll help you select the best shipping method. Delivery is paid separately after agreement.

How soon will I receive my order?

On average, international delivery takes 3–5 weeks, but timing may vary depending on your location and product availability. Since we work directly with manufacturers, additional time may be needed to organize logistics before shipping.

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process, and your assigned manager will provide a more accurate estimate once the order is confirmed.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

Products & Warranty

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Most of our equipment comes with a 1–2 year manufacturer’s warranty, which covers factory defects and technical malfunctions under normal usage conditions. Specific warranty terms are clearly stated on each product page.

In the event of a defect, we offer options for replacement or refund, in accordance with our Exchange & Return Policy. Our team is always available to assist you with warranty claims and will guide you through the process step by step to ensure a smooth resolution.

I can’t find the product I need. What should I do?

Absolutely. If you’re looking for a specific item that’s not currently listed in our catalog, just reach out to us using the Custom Orders form. We collaborate with a broad network of trusted and verified suppliers and can typically source the requested product within 2 to 5 business days.

Simply let us know the details — such as the product name, specifications, quantity, or even a reference image — and our team will take care of the rest, including sourcing, pricing, and delivery options. We’ll stay in touch throughout the process to ensure everything meets your expectations.

Do you provide after-sales service (repairs or maintenance)?

As an international online store, we do not offer direct repair or maintenance services ourselves. However, most products in our catalog are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which includes support for factory defects and technical issues.

If you need repair or maintenance beyond the warranty scope, we’re happy to assist you in finding a reliable service provider in your country. Just contact us with the details of your issue, and we’ll do our best to help you locate qualified local support.
